Return Policy for Glimmer Treasures

At Glimmer Treasures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process. Please read our Return Policy below to understand the conditions and steps for returning items.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Custom or personalized jewelry, including engraved items, cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@glimmertreasures.com or call us at (925) 937-7151 to initiate your return. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item(s).
  3. Prepare the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available). Include all original materials, such as tags and certificates of authenticity. Please write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Return: Ship the return item(s) to the following address:

      Please note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. After approval:

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange the item for a different size, color, or style, we will assist you in selecting a replacement item. If there is a price difference, you may be asked to pay the balance or will receive a refund for the difference.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and arrange for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry (except in cases of defect or error)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items without a valid receipt or proof of purchase

6. Exchanges for Sale or Clearance Items

Sale or clearance items are only eligible for exchange, subject to availability. Refunds will not be issued for these items.

7. International Returns

For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
